These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Attic online store at autopartsattic.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Auto Attic sells used, tested OEM automotive control modules. All units are bench-tested prior to listing. Product descriptions, fitment information, and compatibility data are provided in good faith but are the buyer's responsibility to verify for their specific vehicle. We are not liable for incompatibilities resulting from incorrect fitment selection.

Programming Requirement

Most OEM ECUs and control modules require programming or relearning after installation. This is a known characteristic of used OEM units and is disclosed on all applicable product listings. The requirement to program a unit does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a return or warranty claim. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have access to appropriate programming services prior to purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship same day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Auto Attic is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

Limitation of Liability

Auto Attic's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, or any other costs arising from a product failure or incompatibility.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Auto Attic operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
